Luster's Pink Co-Wash belongs to a family of products that changed how a lot of people wash textured hair. Instead of a detergent that removes everything and a conditioner that puts some of it back, you get one step that cleans gently and conditions in the same pass. The trade-off is that it will not shift heavy product buildup, so a clarifying shampoo every few weeks still earns its place.
Use it as often as you like, including daily if your hair is dry and your scalp is not oily. Work it into the scalp, then down through the lengths, and take the chance to detangle before you rinse.
Good for curls and waves, and a sensible option for relaxed or colour-treated hair that cannot take much more stripping.
