Wet-N-Ez is a 12oz detangling spray made for children's hair, and it works on wet and dry, which matters more than it sounds. Half the tangles happen after the wash, not during it. Spray, wait a moment, and the comb starts moving without the pulling and the noise that goes with it.
Panthenol, or provitamin B5, is the ingredient doing the conditioning. It holds moisture in the strand and gives the surface the sheen Luster's built its name on.
It handles fine baby hair and thick preschool hair equally, and covers everything from natural curl patterns through to texturised and S-curl styles. Tagged 2a to 3b. Use it on shampoo days and on ordinary mornings alike.

Application tips
Spray onto wet hair straight out of the bath, or onto dry hair before a comb goes near it. Aim at the knots rather than misting the whole head from a distance.
Give it a few seconds, then take a wide-tooth comb from the ends upwards, holding the section above where you are working so the pull never reaches the scalp. Reapply as you move round the head.
Results
Knots come apart with far less pulling, which changes the mood of the whole session.
Hair is left soft and lightly conditioned, with none of the coating that stops it moving. Because there is less tugging, less snaps off at the comb and length holds better over the months. The finish carries a bit of gloss and stays manageable between washes.
