PCJ is Luster's line for children, and Pretty-N-Silky is the conditioner in it.
The formula is a 12oz moisturiser built around vitamin E and humectants, the ingredients that draw water into the hair and hold it there. Children's hair is finer than adult hair and dries out faster, so the priority is moisture that stays in rather than a heavy coating that has to be washed out again. It smooths the hair enough that a comb runs through without the tugging that turns wash night into an argument.
The finish is soft with a bit of gloss to it, and it works across textures rather than being tuned to one curl pattern. Best on preschool and primary age children, 2a through 3c, and it pairs with the rest of the PCJ range if you want a routine that matches.
