Luster's PCJ Pretty-N-Silky Moisturizing Conditioner 12oz
PCJ is Luster's line for children, and Pretty-N-Silky is the conditioner in it.
The formula is a 12oz moisturiser built around vitamin E and humectants, the ingredients that draw water into the hair and hold it there. Children's hair is finer than adult hair and dries out faster, so the priority is moisture that stays in rather than a heavy coating that has to be washed out again. It smooths the hair enough that a comb runs through without the tugging that turns wash night into an argument.
The finish is soft with a bit of gloss to it, and it works across textures rather than being tuned to one curl pattern. Best on preschool and primary age children, 2a through 3c, and it pairs with the rest of the PCJ range if you want a routine that matches.

Application tips
After shampooing, squeeze the water out and apply from the ears down, keeping it off the scalp. Let it sit a minute or two while they finish in the bath.
Detangle with a wide-tooth comb while the conditioner is still in, starting at the ends and moving up. Rinse with cool water. On very dry hair, leave a trace in rather than rinsing every last bit out.
Results
Hair loosens enough that combing stops being a battle, and the strands feel smooth between your fingers afterwards.
Dryness settles, so the softness lasts a couple of days instead of vanishing overnight. The finish is light with a little shine, which suits fine children's hair that anything richer would flatten.
