Application tips
Shampoo first, on the scalp only, and let the rinse carry it down the lengths.
Then take the conditioner through the mid lengths and ends in sections and detangle while it is on, starting at the ends. Give it a couple of minutes before rinsing. Cooler water on the final rinse leaves the surface smoother than hot water does.
Results
Together the two steps leave the scalp clean and the lengths soft enough to comb without a fight.
