The active is Citramine, a vitamin E derivative L'Oréal Professionnel uses for its grip on residue. It lifts three things at once: sebum from an oily scalp, the silicone and polymer film left behind by styling products, and the mineral deposits hard water leaves on the fibre. Application tips
A reset, not a daily. Once a week, or the day after a heavy styling session, is where it belongs.
Apply to wet roots and give the scalp a genuine two-minute massage, which is longer than anyone does naturally. That is how long it takes to get underneath the sebum and product sitting on the skin. Rinse hard, then condition the lengths, because a clarifying shampoo leaves them thirsty.
Results
Roots that had been going flat and greasy by the afternoon stay clean and standing up into the next day.
