Application tips
Wash the scalp, rinse through the ends, and resist the second lather. Fragile hair loses more to repeated washing than it does to any single wash being insufficient.
Use lukewarm water. Hot water swells the fibre and makes it stretchier while wet, which is exactly when brittle hair gets handled most. Follow with the matching conditioner or masque; a strengthening shampoo on its own leaves the ends unhelped.
