Full Resist is L'Oréal's reinforcing answer at the shampoo stage. The formula carries biotin, vitamin B5 and arginine, working along the fibre from root to tip, and it is aimed at hair weakened by pollution, heat, seasonal change and hard brushing. Less breakage while you brush means more of the length you already have stays where it is.

Application tips
Wet the hair fully before the shampoo goes anywhere near it. Fragile hair snaps where product drags through half-wet sections, and that is avoidable damage before you have even started washing.
Work it in at the scalp with flat fingers, keep the massage brief, and let the rinse carry the lather down. Detangle after conditioner, in the shower, with a wide-tooth comb rather than a brush.
Results
The count of short broken pieces standing up around the parting is the honest measure here, and it drops over a few weeks rather than overnight.
Day to day, the hair feels firmer between the fingers and the brush meets less resistance. Weak lengths hold together better under heat and handling, so the length you have grown stays put instead of snapping off at the brush.
