Treat this as the first step rather than the whole fix, and follow it with the conditioner or mask from the same line. Damaged hair also responds to what you stop doing. Lower the dryer heat, cut the daily straightening, and give the shampoo something to work with.

Application tips
Wash twice when the hair is properly dirty, once when it is not. Focus the lather at the scalp and let it run down, since damaged mid-lengths do not need scrubbing.
Leave the second wash on for a minute before rinsing so it has contact time. Rinse well and follow with the matching conditioner, because the figures attached to this range were measured on the routine, not the shampoo alone.
Results
Hair is left clean without that stripped feeling, which matters on bleached lengths that go squeaky and rough at the first sign of a harsh wash.
