Relaxed, colour-treated and natural hair all run into the same trouble at the ends. Kuza's Jamaican Black Castor Oil Conditioner is built for that point in a wash day, after cleansing, when the hair needs putting back together before anything else goes near it.

Jamaican black castor oil is the backbone of the formula. It is thicker than most carrier oils, so it coats the cuticle rather than sinking straight through, which is why it suits hair that feels rough or brittle down the lengths. Worked through in sections it softens the strand enough that a wide-tooth comb can pass without tugging.

What it does:

• Conditions dry and damaged hair from root through to the ends
• Improves elasticity so the strand bends instead of snapping
• Reduces breakage, which is what keeps length on the head
• Works on natural, relaxed and colour-treated textures

Use it as your rinse-out step. Apply to clean damp hair, leave it to sit while you finish in the shower, then rinse it through properly so nothing is left sitting on the scalp. Best for type 3b through 4c hair that reads dry or brittle once the shampoo is out.
