Vitamin E and the B vitamins are the notable nutrients. On skin it moisturises without leaving a heavy film, so it is usable on the face as well as the body, and the same bottle stretches across both jobs.
Light enough for type 2a hair and rich enough for type 4a. Warm a small amount in your palms, work it through damp hair, and leave the roots alone unless your scalp is dry.
