Application tips
Warm water, not hot. Heat is the single most common reason a sensitive scalp feels worse after a wash.
A small amount, emulsified in the palms first, then placed at the scalp in three or four spots. Fingertips flat, gentle circles, no nails at any point. Let the suds carry down the lengths on their own. Rinse for longer than feels necessary, since leftover shampoo is what keeps the skin reactive.
Results
The scalp comes out of the wash calm rather than prickling. That first hour afterwards, usually the worst part of the day for sensitive skin, passes quietly.
