Aimed at fine hair across 2a to 4a. If your lengths are dry as well as flat, keep conditioner to the ends only, otherwise you will undo the volume at the top.

Application tips
Fine hair needs less product than most people give it. A ten-pence blob is enough for shoulder length.
Concentrate the wash at the roots and the nape, where oil collects and weight builds. Rinse completely, then keep any conditioner strictly below the ears. Blot rather than rub, and rough dry the roots upside down before you take a brush to it. Every other day is usually enough, even on hair that goes flat quickly.
Results
Roots come up clean and stay standing. Hair that normally collapses by lunchtime holds its shape into the evening.
The lift is in the body rather than the texture, so hair still moves and does not feel coated or crunchy. Mid-lengths look thicker in the mirror without any grit or dryness to pay for it. Blow-dries take slightly less time because the hair is not weighed down with residue before you start.
