Keracare Hydrating Detangling Shampoo 8 oz / 237 ml - For Hydration & Easy Detangling
Most shampoos leave the detangling to whatever comes next. This one is pH balanced and lightly conditioning, so it starts loosening knots while it is still cleaning, and the comb has less to fight by the time conditioner goes on.
The lather is rich enough to lift excess oil and product buildup from the scalp without taking the hair back to bare. Botanical extracts carry the moisture. Wet or dry, combing gets noticeably easier, and there is less breakage at the point where most of it happens.
- Cleans without stripping, on relaxed, permed, colour treated or natural hair
- Eases wet and dry combing, which cuts breakage
- Seals flyaway split ends and leaves the hair with a healthy shine
- pH balanced, so the cuticle lies flat rather than swelling open
The 237 ml bottle covers a couple of months on average length hair. Suits 2a to 3c textures, and it is a sensible first change if wash day currently ends in a knot.

Application tips
Small bottle, standard method, one difference worth knowing: give it a moment on the scalp before you start moving your hands. Wet the hair, apply, let it sit for thirty seconds, then massage.
Work the lengths only with what runs down. Rinse, then use your fingers to check whether the hair has already started coming apart. Usually it has.
Results
Knots begin releasing while the shampoo is still working, so there is far less left to undo once the conditioner is on. That matters, because the comb is what costs you length.
The hair is left clean but not bare. Being pH balanced keeps the outer layer closed down instead of swollen, which is why it comes out shiny rather than roughened. Relaxed, permed, coloured or natural, it behaves the same.
