Keracare Essential Oils is a light blend rather than a heavy sealing oil, which decides how you use it. It absorbs into the hair and scalp instead of sitting on top, so it works as a scalp oil, a pre-wash treatment or a finishing shine, depending on where you put it.
The 118 ml bottle covers all three. On the scalp, it puts moisture back where dryness starts. Down the lengths, it softens rough ends and helps hold breakage down. On chemically processed hair, which loses elasticity and softness with every service, it restores some of the pliability that got lost.
The shine it gives is non greasy, which is the part that separates a decent hair oil from a bad one. Hair looks lit rather than coated, across 2a through 3c textures, natural, relaxed or colour treated.
A few drops at a time is the right dose, and warming it between your palms first stops it landing in patches.
