Application tips
Spray it on before the towel comes anywhere near the hair.
Lift a section, spray until it looks damp rather than wet, then comb it out before moving to the next; hair left to dry mid detangle knots straight back up. Work upwards from the ends. Keep the bottle out on the shelf rather than in a cupboard, since the days it gets skipped are the difficult ones.
Results
The comb travels rather than catching, so the knots come apart with far less pulling and far fewer tears. Hair stays soft and biddable for the rest of the week rather than going rough again by Tuesday.
