The stronger of the two highlighting kits, rated for up to nine levels of lift.

That extra power buys you:

  • Bright, platinum or golden highlights on genuinely dark hair
  • The choice between delicate sunkissed streaks and a bold, chunky effect
  • Enough reach to go all over if you decide halfway through that you want more
  • A conditioning sachet to use after lifting

Nine levels means you can place highlights on a base that would defeat a standard kit, and it also means you should test a strand first and watch the timer. Strength you do not need is worse than strength you do.

Best for dark bases, and for anyone who has tried a gentler kit and come out with brassy orange instead of blonde.

Application tips

Strand test, then set a timer and stay in the room. Nine levels moves quickly and the difference between a clean blonde and a damaged one is a few minutes of inattention.

Weave the sections you want lifted, apply evenly from root to tip on each, and keep the pieces separated with foil or the cap supplied. Use the conditioning sachet straight after rinsing.

Results

Highlights land bright rather than orange on hair dark enough to defeat a gentler kit. Going fine gives a sunkissed effect; going wide gives the chunky, deliberate look instead.

Because the reach extends to a full head, an all over lift stays possible if you change your mind partway. The conditioning step afterwards takes some of the roughness out of freshly lifted hair.

Composition

The full INCI is printed on the pack. We publish it here as soon as the brand supplies it, and we will read it off the bottle for you if you ask.
