Application tips
This is the last step, not the first. Water or a leave-in goes on before it, otherwise you are coating dry hair and wondering why nothing softened.
Take a fingertip's worth, melt it in the palms, then press it down the section flat-handed. Twist or braid straight after while the hair is still pliable. On skin, a thin layer on damp elbows and heels beats a thick one that never sinks in.
