Jamaican Mango & Lime build theirs around authentic black castor oil, so the scalp gets conditioned while it is being cleaned. It is gentle enough for locs, braids and installed styles, where you want to clear buildup without disturbing the work, and it is safe on chemically treated hair.
The lather is moderate rather than foamy, which is normal without sulphates and is not a sign it is doing less. Massage it into the scalp, let it run down the lengths, rinse thoroughly and follow with a conditioner while the hair is still wet. Suits type 3b through 4c hair. 8 oz.
