CoWash is a cleansing conditioner. It lifts the sweat, oil and product off your scalp without the stripping a sulfate shampoo brings, and it leaves moisture behind rather than taking it away. That is why it suits curls and coils, which dry out fast and rarely need a hard clean every week. The texture is creamy, the scent is tropical, and it rinses out without leaving a film.
The Leave-In picks up from there. It goes on damp hair after washing, smooths the cuticle down and holds curl definition between washes, leaving a light protective layer instead of a greasy one. Detangling gets easier, frizz settles and the shine stays. It suits 2a through 3b patterns that want moisture without weight.

Application tips
Cowash needs more product and more massaging than shampoo does, because there is no lather to tell you where you have been.
Two or three palmfuls on soaking hair, worked across the whole scalp with the fingertips for a minute, then rinsed hard. The leave-in goes on immediately afterwards while the hair is still dripping, raked through in sections. Do not wait until it is towel dry.
Results
None of the tightness a sulphate wash leaves behind, and the hair never hits that squeaky moment where all the moisture has gone. Curls stay soft, detangle without pulling, and hold their definition for several days. Frizz sits down and shine holds. On a 2a to 3b pattern the pair is light enough to use weekly without anything building up.
