Application tips
The jar is thick, so scoop with a spoon rather than wet fingers if you want it to last. Hair should be washed and squeezed out first.
Pack it on from the ends upward until the lengths look coated rather than streaked, twist the hair up and pin it, then let it sit there while you get through the rest of the shower. Rinse for longer than feels necessary.
Results
Coarse hair softens first, usually within one use. Elasticity comes next, and you notice it when a section stretches instead of pinging apart under the comb.
Colour treated lengths look less parched. Shine takes its time, so judge the mask on how the hair feels for the first fortnight and on how it looks after that.
