Application tips
This one wants a minute or two on the hair, so put it on early and carry on with the rest of your shower. Skip the roots.
Everything from the ears down, worked in until the hair feels slick, then a wide tooth comb from the ends upwards while the conditioner is still in. Rinse under cool water, which closes the cuticle down flatter than hot does.
