Application tips
Wet the hair right through first, because a shampoo poured onto half damp hair sits in patches and never spreads properly.
A palmful for shoulder length, more if the hair is longer or thicker. Massage the scalp with fingertips rather than nails, let the lather run down the lengths on its own, and rinse. A second wash is worth it if you use a lot of product or wash weekly rather than daily.
Results
Hair comes out clean without the tight, squeaking feel of a stripping wash, so the ends stay pliable instead of going papery. Dry, brittle lengths hold onto more moisture through the week.
Combing after the wash pulls less, which is what brings the number of broken strands down over time. Hair dries softer and lies smoother than it does after a harsh cleanse.
