Application tips
Shampoo, squeeze the water out, then load it on. Hair holds a treatment better when it is not dripping wet.
Work from the ends up towards the roots, since the ends are the oldest part and need it most, and comb it through so nothing is missed. A few minutes under a cap while you finish washing is enough. Rinse until the water runs clear, then finish cold if you can stand it.
Results
Brittle hair that used to snap under a comb starts to give a little instead. That change in stretch is the one worth watching for, more than the shine, though the shine turns up too once the cuticle lies flat.
