Garnier Nourishing Banana Hair Drink for Dry, Damaged Hair 200 ml/6.76 oz
For hair that has gone past dry into brittle.
The Banana version of Garnier's Hair Drink is the richer one in the range. Where the papaya formula is built around smoothing, this leans on banana extract and a blend of natural oils to put moisture back into hair stripped by colour, heat or hard water. The texture is creamy rather than fluid, so it clings to the lengths while you comb it through instead of running off.
- Deep hydration for dry, brittle lengths
- Softens enough to make detangling quick
- Brings shine back to hair that has gone dull
- 200ml bottle, sized for one person
Concentrate it on the mid-lengths and ends where the damage actually is, and leave the roots alone unless your scalp runs dry too. It works across 2a to 4a textures, and it is the one to reach for when your hair feels rough to the touch rather than merely unruly.

Application tips
Sit it on the hair a little longer than you would a normal conditioner. Three or four minutes while you shave your legs or wash your face is the sweet spot, and there is no benefit in going much beyond that. Work it in with your hands rather than a comb if the hair is very brittle. A generous squeeze per section on thick hair, less on fine.
Results
Brittle hair softens enough that a comb goes through it in one pass instead of three. The roughness at the ends turns into something closer to smooth, and the hair holds shine for a couple of days rather than looking chalky by the next morning. It is heavier than the papaya version, so fine hair may find it more than it wants.
