Papaya extract is the headline ingredient, working on strength and elasticity so the strand bends rather than snapping. Coconut oil goes deeper into the hair shaft. Between them the wash leaves damaged, brittle hair feeling less like straw, without the squeaky stripped feeling a harsher shampoo gives you.
The formula is 98% natural origin and vegan. It lathers modestly rather than dramatically, which is normal for this range. One application is usually enough on fine hair, two if you use a lot of product or wash weekly rather than every few days.
Suits wavy through curly textures, type 2a to 3c, that are dry or heat-damaged rather than oily.

Application tips
Detangle before the hair is wet, not after. Damaged hair swells and tangles further under water, so a brush-through beforehand saves you a handful of length. Wash the scalp only and let the runoff clean the rest. Keep the hair hanging down its natural length rather than piling it into a bird's nest on top of your head, which is how mid-length tangles start.
Results
