FRU Coconut & Vanilla Repairing & Hydrating Conditioner for Dry, Damaged Hair 300ml/10.14 oz
The 300ml Coconut and Vanilla conditioner is FRU's answer to hair that has been through it: heat, colour, or a few years of being tied up while wet. Coconut oil does the conditioning work, and the formula leans on it to get moisture into dry lengths rather than leaving a film sitting on top. The vanilla is there for the scent, and it is a warm one rather than a sugary one.
What you notice first is combing. Damaged hair snags because the cuticle is lifted and rough, and a rich conditioner smooths that down long enough to get through a section without snapping ends. Used regularly it makes frizz easier to manage, and hair holds a style better because it has stopped fighting you. It covers 2a through 4a textures. If your hair is dry rather than damaged, the Avocado and Melon version in the same range is the lighter choice.

Application tips
Rinse the shampoo out completely before this goes on, since leftover lather stops a rich conditioner from sticking.
Work it through the ends first and the mid-lengths second, using the flat of your hands to smooth downwards rather than scrunching upwards. Leave it in for three to five minutes. On very damaged hair, clip it up and let it sit under a shower cap while the water runs, then rinse cool.
Results
Ends feel padded rather than papery once the hair dries, and the weight comes back to lengths that had gone light and wispy.
Dense textures take it well without going flat, and colour looks deeper because the surface is smoother. Two or three washes in, the very tips stop looking see-through.
