Application tips
Damaged hair does better with two short washes than one long scrub. First pass: a small amount, straight onto the scalp, thirty seconds, rinse. Second pass: the same again, left on for a minute while you do something else.
Keep the fingers moving in circles at the roots and let gravity carry the lather down. Never pile long hair on top of your head and rub, since that is where the tangles get made.
Results
Hair comes out of the shower cleaner but with its texture intact, so brittle ends are not left creaking. The vanilla note is warm rather than sweet, and it fades gently across the day.
Over a few weeks, heat styled or coloured hair stops feeling quite so rough under the fingers. Combing takes fewer passes, and fewer passes is what stops ends snapping off in the first place.
