Application tips
Warm water opens things up, so rinse for a good thirty seconds before the shampoo goes anywhere.
Emulsify a small amount between wet palms first, then place it on the scalp in four spots and massage with the pads of your fingers, never your nails. The lengths get cleaned by the run-off. Rinse thoroughly, then go straight into the matching conditioner while the hair is still dripping.
Results
Cleansing goes deep without that tight, squeaky feeling that tells you the hair has lost too much. Dry lengths stay soft enough to finger comb before conditioner goes on, which is unusual for a shampoo.
The scent is fresh and fruity, and it fades rather than sitting in the hair all day. Colour-treated hair holds up fine. Hair dries with more give in it than a clarifying wash leaves behind.
