The frizz control works by improving how the strands lie against each other. Hair that sits in alignment reads as sleek; hair that does not reads as fuzzy, whatever its condition. Wheat bran, daikon and mushroom extracts handle that side, with marula and coconut oils keeping the lengths conditioned so the smoothing does not come at the cost of feel.

Application tips
A five-pence-sized amount on damp hair, spread palm to palm before it goes on so it lands evenly. Mid-lengths and ends, never the roots.
Then blow-dry, or leave it and let the hair dry on its own. Later in the day, half that amount will flatten flyaways on dry hair without anything looking greasy. Do not stack it under a heavy oil.
Results
Hair holds a smooth finish for longer, and heat styling does less damage on the way there thanks to the mushroom extract shielding the strand. Flyaways lie down.
In humid weather the difference is most obvious, since the surface gives moisture in the air less to catch. Noughty's testing measured the full routine, shampoo, conditioner and serum together, against untreated hair.
