Fantasia IC Pure Tea Shampoo: Clarifying & Refreshing for All Hair Types 473ml/15.99 oz
Every so often a wash day needs to start from zero. Silicones, oils, dry shampoo and hard water all build up over weeks, and once they do, conditioner stops absorbing and curls stop holding.
Pure Tea is the reset. Tea extracts and a firmer cleansing base clear out product residue, excess sebum and pollution, and the scalp feels properly clean afterwards rather than just rinsed. Use it once or twice a month instead of every wash, and follow it with something rich, because a clarifying shampoo will always leave hair thirstier than a moisturising one does.
- Strips the build-up ordinary shampoos leave behind
- Refreshes the scalp between deep conditioning treatments
- Gets hair ready to absorb masks and leave-ins properly
- Generous 473ml/15.99 oz bottle
Safe across 2a to 4a, though tighter coils will want to keep it to once a month.

Application tips
Clarifying shampoos want a wet head and a bit of patience. Rinse for longer than feels necessary first, then work a palmful into the scalp with fingertips, not nails. Let the lather run down the lengths on its own rather than scrubbing them. Rinse, repeat if you have been layering butters and gels, and always follow with a conditioner or a mask, because this one strips properly.
Results
The reset wash. Weeks of gel, oil and dry shampoo come off, and hair that had gone limp moves properly again. The scalp feels genuinely clean rather than perfumed.
Expect a squeak and a slight roughness afterwards, which is a clarifying shampoo doing its job, and expect whatever conditioner follows to work better than it has in a while. Once a fortnight is plenty.
