Carrot oil is what gives this serum its colour and most of its reputation. The formula is a light finishing serum that also conditions. Two or three drops on damp or dry hair smooths the cuticle, settles flyaways, and leaves a gloss that looks natural rather than lacquered. Used regularly it softens the strand enough that combing and brushing cost less breakage, which is where the talk of vitality comes from.
178ml is a large bottle for a product measured in drops, so it will outlast most things on the shelf. Every hair type suits it, though fine hair should stay well below three drops and keep it away from the roots. It works as a daily finisher, or as a pre-blow-dry smoother on damp hair.

Application tips
Serum, so drops rather than dollops. Three to five in the palm for medium hair, warmed and pressed through damp lengths before you dry.
It also works as a finisher: one drop, fingertips, over the top layer of a dry style. Skip the roots entirely. If you use it before heat, comb it through so no section carries more than its share.
Results
Gloss comes up high and holds through the day rather than fading after an hour. Frizz stays flat, dull hair picks up light, and the surface feels smooth under the fingers.
The proteins do something for elasticity over time, so hair stretches a little further before it gives. Very fine hair should stay at two drops or it will drop flat.
