The pH is the interesting part. Enjoy have kept Holistic Hydrate between 3.5 and 4.5, the acidic range that helps the cuticle lie flat again after a wash. A flat cuticle means less friction, easier combing and colour that holds its tone for longer.
Beyond that it is a straightforward protein-enriched rinse-out. It softens, it makes detangling less of a battle, and it does not sit heavily on fine hair. There is no artificial fragrance in it, which matters if scent gives you a headache or you are trying to keep a routine simple. The 10 oz bottle suits one person at home, and the same formula comes in 33 oz for refills or shared spaces.
Work it through wet hair after shampooing. Blot the excess water first so you are not diluting it, comb from mid-lengths to ends, then give it two to five minutes before rinsing clean. Fine, thick, curly, coloured and dull hair all get on with it.

Application tips
Where you put it matters more than how long you leave it. Ends first, then mid lengths, and nothing above the ear unless the hair up there is genuinely dry.
Ten ounces goes further if you emulsify a smaller amount between wet palms rather than pouring it straight on. On very fine hair, treat the two minute mark as a ceiling. Longer does not add softness, it adds weight.
Results
The cuticle lies flatter after rinsing, which shows up as less friction under the comb and more light bouncing off the length. Colour keeps its tone rather than going dull at the ends. Hair feels soft with no coating on it, and fine hair keeps its volume. Detangling stops being the longest part of the wash, which on curly hair is most of the argument for a conditioner at all.
