Tea Tree and Peppermint Oils give it the cooling Feel It sensation on the scalp, and the vitamins and natural oils in the formula condition the hair, so it comes out softer and stronger under the comb than it went in.
Two palmfuls is usually enough for shoulder-length hair, worked in section by section rather than piled on top. Foam spreads further than it looks like it will.

Application tips
Shake the can hard, then dispense into your palm rather than straight onto the head. A handful of foam is a lot; start with an orange-sized amount for a full head.
Smooth it through soaking wet hair in sections, scrunching as you go, then diffuse or leave it. Do not touch it while it dries. Second application on the fringe if that section needs more control.
Results
Curls come out shaped and separated, with the pattern doing what it does naturally rather than being forced. Frizz stays down in humidity, which is the real test in a British summer.
The scalp gets a cool tingle from the peppermint and tea tree, which fades within a few minutes. Hold is present but soft, so hair still moves rather than sitting in a helmet.
