Application tips
Damaged hair tangles in the shower, so get the water through it and comb it before you start if you need to. Massage the shampoo into the scalp and let it travel down; piling the lengths on top of your head is how knots form.
Two rounds if there is product to shift. Squeeze the water out gently afterwards rather than wringing it, since wet damaged hair stretches.
Results
The rough, dry patches along damaged lengths smooth out and the hair stops catching on itself. Ends look less frayed and the whole thing takes a comb more willingly.
It is a repair wash rather than a heavy one, so hair is not left flat or coated. Colour-treated and heat-styled hair is where the difference shows fastest, over a few washes rather than one.
