Application tips
Everyday shampoo, so treat it like one. A ten pence coin's worth for short hair, a little more past the shoulders, worked into a wet scalp with the pads of your fingers.
Lengths do not need scrubbing; the run-off cleans them. One wash is enough on daily use, two after a gym week or a heavy styling session. Rinse until the water runs clear.
Results
Hair comes out clean, soft and easy to brush. The moisture side shows up most on the mid-lengths, where dryness usually starts before the ends catch up.
Fine hair keeps its body rather than going limp. It lathers generously, so a small amount goes further than the bottle size suggests, and the scent is the familiar Dove one rather than anything unexpected.
