Shea butter is the base, and on 4-range coils that is usually the right answer, because a butter stays on the hair long enough to matter where a lighter cream has already gone.
Coconut oil and argan oil go in with it, and the three do different parts of the same job: the coconut oil gets inside the shaft, the argan smooths the outside, and the shea holds the lot in place and slows moisture escaping. On dry, brittle natural hair the result is softness that lasts past the wash day, curls that read defined rather than fuzzy, and considerably less snapping when you comb. It is a 340g tub, rich enough that a little covers a lot, and it is aimed at 3b curls through to 4c coils rather than looser textures that would find it heavy going.
