Application tips
Two washes, not one. The first lifts the oil and product off, the second is the one that actually gets to the scalp, and it will lather far better than the first did.
Concentrate on the scalp with your fingertips and let the suds run down the lengths on their own; scrubbing the ends is how you create tangles. Rinse for longer than feels necessary.
Results
Hair comes out clean without that squeaky, stripped feeling that makes you reach straight for a mask. The scalp feels fresh rather than tight.
Lengths stay soft enough to get a comb through with conditioner on, and dry hair does not feel like straw afterwards. It is a moisturising wash rather than a clarifying one, so heavy build-up may need something stronger occasionally.
