That is what Doo Gro's Mega Thick is doing. It coats and conditions so each strand has more substance, and it strengthens enough that fewer ends break off during combing, which over time preserves the density you already have. What it will not do is regrow anything, and no conditioner will.
Used on 3B to 4C hair it also handles the usual dryness that comes with those textures, so you are not trading fullness for a straw-like finish.
300ml. Apply after shampoo, leave it a few minutes, rinse. Follow with a light leave-in rather than a heavy butter if fullness is the aim, since weight is the enemy of volume.

Application tips
Where you put it matters more than how long you leave it. Keep it off the roots entirely, because weight at the scalp is what kills the lift you are after.
Start two inches down, work outwards to the ends, and use the least you can get away with. Rinse in cool water and let the hair dry at least halfway before you touch it with a brush.
Results
Individual strands feel thicker between your fingers and the whole head sits with more body. Dryness goes, which on 3B to 4C hair is usually what was making everything look thin and dull in the first place.
Ends stop splitting off during combing, and the mirror reads fuller even though the count has not changed.
