Biotin is vitamin B7, and it turns up in hair products because keratin, the protein hair is built from, is made using it. In a leave-in spray its job is cosmetic: conditioning the strand you already have so it holds together better.

That is what this one does. It is a light spray you use on damp or dry hair, it needs no rinsing, and it leaves no residue to build up over a week of daily use. Hair that has gone weak and dull at the ends feels stronger to the touch and looks less flat.

Breakage is the practical target. Hair that snaps at the mid-lengths never gets to look long, so cutting that down is how length is kept rather than lost.

Tagged 2a to 3b, which puts it with waves and looser curls. Spray, finger it through, and style as normal.

Application tips

Shake the bottle, then work across the head in sections while the hair is still damp, misting evenly and combing each part through before moving on.

On dry hair it works as a refresher: a light pass over the top layer, smoothed in with the palms. Avoid loading the roots if your hair is fine, and shake again halfway so what comes out stays consistent.

Results

Hair feels conditioned without anything sitting on it, so a spray like this can go on daily where a cream cannot. Strands feel firmer and slightly denser, and combing produces fewer broken ends.

Frizz stays down and dry lengths stop looking dull. Fine and fragile hair keeps its volume, which is the main reason to pick a leave-in spray over a leave-in cream.
