Application tips
Target it. On a pot this size the right move is to treat the damaged third of your head rather than all of it, so pick the sections that have taken colour or heat and coat those properly.
Damp hair, applied and combed through, then covered. Rinse when the time is up. If you want to spread it further, mix a fingerful into your normal conditioner in the palm.
