Castor oil is thick, sticky and awkward to work with on its own, which is why a shampoo is a sensible way to get it onto the scalp. Difeel dilutes it into a cleansing base, so you get the softening without the wrestling match.
It is aimed at hair that feels weak and looks thin: brittle ends, splits, strands that snap when the comb catches. The wash is gentle, the scalp is left conditioned rather than stripped, and the lengths come out with more body and shine than they went in with. Fewer broken ends over a run of months is what keeps length on the head.
Twelve ounces. Tighter textures get the most out of it, roughly 3B through 4C, because those patterns break most easily at the point where the curl bends. Application tips
Soak the hair through, then work one pump into the scalp with the pads of your fingers. Two minutes of massage is more useful than two more pumps.
Rinse, and wash a second time only if you have been using oils or heavy butters. Let the lather run down the lengths on its way out rather than scrubbing them. Condition every single time, without exception.
