Application tips
Wash day, on hair you have shampooed and squeezed out. Take it in six sections rather than four if your hair is dense, since six is what stops the middle of each section going untouched.
Smooth it on, twist the section up, move to the next. A warm towel or a steamer helps something this thick get in. Rinse when the time is up, then follow with a leave-in.
Results
Coarse, brittle hair comes out soft the whole way through rather than only on the outside. Sections that used to lock together separate cleanly.
Shine turns up without any greasy weight, and the ends feel solid instead of ragged. Used weekly the ends survive longer between trims, which is how length starts showing. The scalp feels comfortable for days afterwards.
