Use it once a week alongside your normal shampoo. If your hair is very light or very porous, keep the first application short and build from there rather than leaving it on and hoping.

Application tips
Gloves, or accept violet fingertips for a day. Massage into wet hair, concentrating where the brass is worst, which is usually the front sections and anything that sees the most sun.
One to three minutes to start. Rinse thoroughly and follow with conditioner, since a toning shampoo on its own leaves the hair slightly rough. Once or twice a week is enough for most people.
Results
Yellow drops out of blonde, grey and silver hair and the tone reads brighter, not duller, which is the difference between a toner doing its job and one that has been used too heavily.
Glycerin and panthenol keep the dryness that usually comes with toning products in check, so hair finishes clean and soft. The effect builds across a couple of washes.
