Dax Hair Food Plus 4 comes in a 7.5 oz jar and behaves like a traditional hair dressing. You scoop it, warm it, and work it through the hair in sections. It is not a wash-out treatment. It goes on and stays on until the next shampoo.

Application tips
Rows are the right approach. Work along each parting with a fingertip of product, letting the scalp take some of it, then draw the remainder down to the ends and rub until it disappears.
Style straight away while the hair is pliable. There is no rinsing step, and reapplying daily on top of what is already there will only weigh the hair down.
Results
The heavy texture seals the strand, so hair that normally dries out between washes stays soft and workable for several days at a stretch.
Combing meets less resistance, ends fray more slowly under styling, and the finish carries a low sheen. On coarse, dry, textured hair the difference is obvious by the second application.
