The jasmine version exists because the plain Amla oil has a distinctive smell not everyone wants sitting in their hair overnight. Same amla base, same 200ml bottle, with jasmine layered over the top.
That is not a trivial difference. Oiling only works if you actually do it, and a scent you like is the thing that makes a weekly ritual stick. Jasmine is warm and floral and it lingers, so hair carries it for a day or two after washing.
Underneath the fragrance the oil does the usual amla work. It conditions the scalp, softens dry lengths, and keeps hair flexible enough that combing and tying do not cost you ends. Shine improves because a conditioned cuticle lies flatter.
Warm it between the palms, apply to the scalp in sections and massage, then take the remainder through the hair. Leave it an hour or overnight, then shampoo.
Suits wavy through type 4a. Choose it over the standard Amla oil purely on scent, and over the Gold if your hair is being maintained rather than repaired.

Application tips
Warm it in your hands, then run your fingertips along each parting and massage for as long as you have got. The scent carries further than the plain oil, so use a lighter hand if you are going out in it.
An hour under a cap does the job, overnight does more, and one shampoo usually clears it. The fragrance stays in the hair for a day or two afterwards.
Results
Dry lengths soften and the cuticle lies flatter, which is where the shine comes from. Hair takes combing and tying without giving up as many ends across a month of handling.
The scalp is left comfortable. What sets this one apart on the shelf is the finish it leaves, floral and noticeable, closer to a fragranced treatment than a plain kitchen oil.
