A spray detangler earns its place on the days when combing is the whole battle. This one is built around glycerin and honey, both of which draw moisture into the hair and make it more flexible, so knots loosen instead of holding.
Spray it onto damp or dry hair and aim at the tangles rather than coating everything evenly. Fingers first, then a comb or a brush, always working from the ends upwards. Where the hair resists, add more product rather than more force.
It is made for children but behaves the same on adult hair, and it covers a wide span of textures from 2A right through to 4A. The result is hair that feels softer and finishes faster, with fewer broken pieces left in the comb.

Application tips
Soak the knot, not the head. One tangle at a time, and hold the hair above it so nothing pulls at the scalp. Give the spray a few seconds to soften things before anything with teeth goes near it. Fingers do the first pass, a wide-tooth comb the second, in short lifts from the tips upward. If a section stops moving, spray again and wait.
Results
Knots give way, so the comb keeps moving and far less hair ends up in it. The whole job finishes faster, which on a school morning is worth more than any styling benefit.
