Application tips
Order matters here. Condition the curls with this before the gel goes on, not after, and the gel will spread further and set softer.
A tub means you can see how much you are taking, so measure by eye: a heaped teaspoon for short hair, double that at shoulder length. Rake it through soaking wet sections, then let it sit for a minute before you style over the top.
Results
Gel applied over it glides instead of dragging, and the finish loses most of its crunch. Curls move more freely and catch the light better, and the shape stays put as the hair dries. Type 2 and type 3 patterns that go stringy under heavier creams keep their definition. The blackberry scent is light and fades within an hour or two.
