Application tips
As a treatment before washing, coat the mid-lengths and ends generously, twist the hair up under a cap and leave it for half an hour while you get on with something else.
Then shampoo twice. One wash will not shift it and you will end up with a flat, coated head. For everyday use it is the opposite problem, so a few drops is the whole application.
Results
Coarse hair loses its wiry feel first. Within a couple of pre-wash treatments the difference shows in how far a comb travels before it meets resistance.
Heat-damaged and chemically processed lengths get their stretch back, so the strand gives instead of snapping under tension.
