Hair Milk is the leave-in for people whose hair is not especially dry but goes crunchy and unmanageable the moment it air dries without help. Light enough for a wave pattern, wet enough to matter on a loose coil.
The formula runs on shea butter, soybean oil and agave nectar. Shea holds moisture in, soybean oil keeps the feel light rather than greasy, and agave nectar is a humectant, which is to say it pulls water in and keeps the strand pliable. The texture is thin and milky, so it spreads a long way and absorbs quickly instead of sitting on top.
Where it earns its place is combing. Run it through soaking wet hair before you detangle and the comb stops catching, which is worth more to fragile lengths than any amount of shine. 8 oz, and it works across type 2 through type 4a.

Application tips
Do it in the shower with the water off and the hair still streaming. Pour a palmful, press it in section by section from ends to roots, and give it thirty seconds before the comb goes anywhere near.
Four or five sections on thick hair, two on fine. It is thin enough to reapply on the days between washes, straight onto dry ends, without anything building up on the strand.
Results
The comb stops catching, which on fragile lengths matters more than anything else in the routine. Hair dries soft with the pattern intact, not crunchy and not greasy. Coils stay pliable into the second day and the ends look fed rather than only shiny. Light enough that a wave keeps its volume, wet enough that a loose coil does not go dry by lunchtime.
