Application tips
This goes on before anything else. Dry or damp hair, split into four or six sections, and saturate each one from root to tip rather than dabbing.
Give it five minutes to soften the knots, then work through with fingers first and a wide-tooth comb second, always starting at the ends. Shampoo afterwards, or rinse and carry on.
